Refund Policy

When working with Clients' funds, 24Era acts within the framework of the given Refund Policy. All procedures and conditions for refunding funds to the User are specified below.

  1. The company may suspend the Client's trading activities or completely close their account in the event that the User's actions do not comply with the company's policies and the terms of the given Agreement.
  2. If no activity is observed on the User's account within a month, the company can return the funds available on the balance.
  3. If, in the company's opinion, the User violates the terms of this Agreement, the refund of funds may occur automatically and without notifying the Client.
  4. In case of suspicious activities on the account by third parties (attempts to withdraw funds, etc.), the company may decide to temporarily block the account.
  5. If the Client decides to stop using the Platform and close the account, the funds on the balance are primarily subject to assessment, and only then can be withdrawn.
